Nitel Completes Network Integration with Nextiva

In September, TierOne (formerly HCOMM) hosted a Happy Hour announcing the upcoming strategic partnership between Nextiva and Nitel. This partnership would provide customers with a comprehensive network and unified communication solution.

Until recently, carrier-grade Quality of Service (QoS) was typically only available to customers who bought voice and internet services from the same provider.  With this new development, Nextiva and Nitel networks now interconnect in five common points of presence across the United States. This guarantees end-to-end quality of service, resulting in sound voice quality, and providing customers with the best possible hosted voice experience across the Nitel network.

The integration also provides greater visibility for Nitel’s technical support team so they can expedite troubleshooting even for Nextiva voice-related issues across their network.
